GAHCA-Ghana Equips Every Pupil at Dwowulo Special

Global Aid for Humanity and Climate Action – Ghana (GAHCA-Ghana) has successfully provided every pupil at Dwowulo Special School with a complete set of school uniforms and shoes, ensuring that all learners are properly equipped to participate in school activities with confidence and dignity.

The initiative was undertaken to address the challenges faced by many learners and their families in accessing essential educational items. By providing each pupil with a school uniform and a pair of shoes, GAHCA-Ghana sought to promote equality, boost self-esteem, and create a sense of belonging among the students.

For children with special educational needs, a supportive learning environment extends beyond the classroom. It includes ensuring that they have the basic necessities required to attend school comfortably and confidently. The intervention therefore represents a commitment to inclusive education and the well-being of every child.
